Appointments

We see all of our patients by appointment only. Our staff is available to schedule office visits and surgery during regular office hours. They are knowledgeable and can answer many of your questions. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you have to reschedule an appointment.

Emergencies

Any established patients with an immediate medical need, should call 904.249.3743 to reach a medical professional. Iin case of an emergency, call 911.

How to Get Here From I-95

Take I-95 S. to exit 344 at J. Turner Butler Blvd. (SR-202); bear left onto J. Turner Butler Blvd. E., take the San Pablo Road exit; turn left onto San Pablo Road North; turn right onto U.S. 90 East/Beach Blvd. (SR-212); make a U-turn at 19th Street to U.S. 90 West/Beach Blvd. and turn right into our parking lot.
