Dr. Randolph's Ageless and Wellness Medical Center emphasizes a natural approach to health and wellness. For women, we provide comprehensive gynecological treatments and procedures. We also offer age management medicine for women and men. Specifically, our practice is nationally recognized as a Center of Excellence in the field of natural, or bioidentical, hormone replacement therapies.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

BHRT is ground-breaking age-management medicine used to treat an underlying condition of hormone imbalance in both women and men. Age, stress, body fat and common environmental toxins can all negatively impact hormone production. For women, a cellular level decline in hormone production can begin as early as the 20's and will continue through the 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's — through pre-menopause, peri-menopause, menopause and beyond. Men can experience a decline in hormone production, specifically testosterone, at any age. Our medical experts use blood tests to analyze levels of the sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone and testosterone), thyroid hormones, and adrenal hormones (cortisol and DHEA) before prescribing a naturally-safe, clinically-proven, individualized dosing of BHRT. No matter your age, restored hormone balance will not only help you feel, look and act like yourself again, it will also help promote your bone, breast, prostate, cardiovascular and brain health for life.

Urogynecology is a subspecialty dedicated to caring for women's urology and pelvic problems. Common disorders include:

Our doctors are skilled in the most-recent gynecological and urogynecological surgical procedures, including:

  • Hysteroscopy (examination of the uterine cavity)
  • Colposcopy (examination of the vulva, vagina, and cervix, with possible tissue sampling for biopsy)
  • Vaginoplasty (procedure to tighten the vaginal canal)

  • Bladder repair for incontinence (lifting of the urethra and/or bladder into their normal position)
  • Pelvic laparoscopy (for diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), cysts, adhesions, fibroids and infection)
  • Endometrial ablation using NovaSure® or Thermachoice® (treatment for heavy or abnormal uterine bleeding)
  • Hormone-free permanent birth control via tubal ligation (Essure®, Adiana®) or by traditional laparoscopy
  • Implantable contraception such as Implanon®, or other forms of birth control such as IUDs

Procedures can be performed in our office with on-site anesthesia, or in a hospital or outpatient surgical center.

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a medical specialty that addresses the unattractive appearance and pain of vein disorders. The therapy involves injection of a sclerosing solution into the affected veins. When the treatment is performed correctly, "spider" or varicose veins disappear after about six weeks. A typical sclerotherapy session lasts 15 to 45 minutes. The cost for vein treatment varies. Medicare benefits may apply.

Vitamin Therapies

Our medical practice offers B-12 injections for patients suffering from low energy, as well as vitamin-infused IV therapy to boost a lagging immune system and/or to treat chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and migraines.

Prescriptions

Our on-site compounding dispensary provides prescription bioidentical formulations with quality, consistency and the convenience you demand.
